1Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 54db platform and its users ("you" or "player"). By using the 54db website or services, you are considered to have fully agreed to all of the following terms.

2.3 Verification Process

54db may at any time request a copy of your National ID card, birth registration certificate, or passport to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3Age Verification & Eligibility

54db is open only to individuals aged 21 or above. Protecting minors from gaming is one of our primary responsibilities.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• If you fail to prove your age or provide a false age, your account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• Bonuses may only be used on approved games on the 54db platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• If an attempt is made to earn bonuses through fraudulent means, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• 54db reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.4 VIP Program

Regular players benefit from three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). Tiers are upgraded based on playing consistency and program participation. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the account automatically.

7Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all players when playing games on 54db.

7.1 Fair Play

7.2 Technical Errors

9Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 54db

54db may temporarily suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• While an identity verification process is in progress.
• During an investigation into suspicious transactions or activity.
• In the event of a possible breach of these Terms.
• Due to technical issues or security concerns.

9.2 Permanent Closure

In cases of serious violations, such as fraud, money laundering, or operating multiple accounts, the account may be permanently closed. In such cases, the bonus balance will be forfeited and a decision regarding the actual deposit will be made based on the circumstances.

9.3 Closed by Player

You may request to close your account at any time. If you wish to voluntarily close your account for responsible gaming purposes, please contact our support team. Make sure to complete all pending transactions before closing your account.
